Had a wonderful stay at Rathna Residency! We booked the family suite, which exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and spotless, with a clean and well-maintained restroom. A highlight was the thoughtful design of the AC system - the centralized blowers with wall-mounted temperature control ensured a comfortable stay without any direct drafts, making it perfect for our family. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep without any back pain. Special shoutout to the exceptional restaurant team, led by Ms. Priskilla, and particularly Mr. Ramesh too, who went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially for our little one. Their warm hospitality and kindness made a lasting impression. The culinary experience was truly delightful, with a breakfast buffet featuring made-to-order dosa varieties and omelets. The food overall was hygienic, fresh, and had a warm, homely touch, with dinner being particularly impressive - the soft and flavorful chapatis stole the show! We also appreciate the 24-hour check-in service and convenient luggage storage facility, which made our visit to the US embassy hassle-free. Highly recommend for their excellent service, thoughtful touches, and family-friendly amenities!

This place does not give a typical hotel feel. It feels like an apartment in a very calm and pleasant neighbourhood. Excellent response from the reception and service team everytime. They have a good restaurant in the ground floor with great quality of food. All the dishes we had were cooked to perfection. Especially Mr. Ramesh there in the restaurant is very kind and made our stay even special and the chef from trichy there makes really good fish curry.

Booked Rathna Residency for a one night stay for my visa stamping appointment and was very pleased with my stay here. Room was clean, hygienic, well-stocked and spacious. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. I was landing in late and had a later departure and they were generous enough to offer me later check in and slightly late check out at no charge. Breakfast was included in my deluxe room stay and it was great. A lot of variety in the dishes and the quality and taste of food was wonderful. The hotel is barely a 5 min auto/ cab ride from the US Consulate.

I recently stayed at Ratna Residency Hotel for four nights with my family, including two adults and two kids (aged 6 and 1). The ambiance and lighting were impressive, with the color temperature of the lights being perfect and comfortable for nighttime. The interior, made of solid wood, looked smooth and premium, adding a touch of elegance to the room. The room was spacious enough for my toddler to roam around freely, which was a big plus for us. The computer desk was also a nice addition, making it convenient to work occasionally. Breakfast: The breakfast options were typically South Indian, served in a breakfast bar style. We enjoyed the variety of dishes offered each day. A special highlight was the inclusion of desserts in the morning breakfast, which my 6-year-old absolutely loved, just as much as I enjoyed my chai. Service: The staff, especially Priskilla, Venkat and others in the dining area, were very polite and took great care of my family. Their attentive service made our stay even more pleasant. Cleaning Service: The cleaning service was top-notch. The room always smelled fresh without the use of any fragrances, which I absolutely hate. This attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable. Location: The hotel's location is very convenient, with the US Consulate just a 5-minute auto rickshaw ride away. This made it easy for us to manage our appointments and travel around the city. Additionally, Swiggy and other grocery delivery services deliver items within 5-10 minutes, which was incredibly convenient for us. Overall, Ratna Residency Hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay for my family. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities and excellent service. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

We had a good experience at the hotel. The hotel is just next to Kamarajar Arangam. We stayed in the triple sharing room. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Priskilla and Ramesh at the restaurant were very helpful. I had visited Chennai to attend a course at and needed quick lunch service. They made sure that was possible and also suggested dishes for us to try out. It was a good stay overall.
