We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The ambience was neat and clean, and the rooms were well-ventilated and comfortable. The food was really good and freshly prepared. The staff were polite, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The best part is that the hotel is located very close to the US Consulate, which made our visit extremely convenient. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I had a Excellent stay at Ratna Residency, Chennai Near to US Consulate. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The bathrooms were extremely clean and had all the necessary essentials. Very Cooperative staff.
Location-wise, it’s perfect for anyone visiting the US Consulate — very close by, and it’s easy to get autos, Ola, or Uber. Even the local auto drivers know the place, so getting there and back is very convenient. The front desk staff were professional. One of the receptionist, i forgot her name...Manjusha or some thing...etc, and she was very helpful. I had a wonderful breakfast. Both South & North Indian breakfast items are available with full of protein items. Priscilla from restaurant section provided excellent service.
Overall, i had a great experience and would definitely recommend Ratna Residency for friends and family members, especially for those visiting the US Consulate area.

Our stay at Rathna Residency was absolutely a delightful experience. From the moment we booked our room, the very cordial and efficient team ensured that our stay was comfortable and hassle free. The rooms were extremely clean, well lit with clean towels and linen. The housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were tidy and supplies in the room stocked at all times. They were very prompt in responding to room service requests. They have a very cozy restaurant with fresh and scrumptious food. It is always fresh and healthy. They had a great breakfast spread with various food options. And I have to give a special mentioning about the very efficient, extremely friendly staff at Rathna Residency. I thank them for making our stay and joyful and comfortable one. Rathna Residency is a great place to stay if you need to visit the US consulate, have metro access or to just have a comfortable stay while exploring the amazing Chennai city. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Excellent Stay Near the US Consulate
We had a very pleasant stay at Ratna Residency, Chennai. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The bathrooms were extremely clean and had all the necessary essentials. Service was quick, and we appreciated that they provided free water bottles — something many hotels don’t.
Another highlight was how cooperative the staff were. When we mentioned that our train was later in the day, they kindly extended our stay for a few extra hours without any hassle, which we really appreciated.
Location-wise, it’s perfect for anyone visiting the US Consulate — very close by, and it’s easy to get autos, Ola, or Uber. Even the local auto drivers know the place, so getting there and back is very convenient.
A couple of minor downsides: the Wi-Fi connection was quite weak and barely worked, and while the front desk staff were professional, they could have been a bit warmer or more welcoming.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Ratna Residency, especially for those visiting the US Consulate area. 👍

The experience at the hotel was truly outstanding. The Managers, team, staff members, and manpower were all remarkably well-mannered, polite, gentle, always smiling, and willing to help and support at any given time.
As a widely traveled guest, I can confidently say this has been one of the best hospitality services provided. I highly appreciate the entire team—including those maintaining, cleaning, managing, cooking, and servicing the hotel—for their efforts. The service is extraordinary.
