From the moment we stepped into 'The Golden Spoon', we were greeted with warmth and efficiency. The ambiance was simply delightful – a perfect blend of cozy and elegant, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that immediately put us at ease.
I opted for the Mushroom soup a creamy, decadent masterpiece that was rich in flavor and incredibly satisfying.
What truly elevated the experience was the impeccable service. Our server, Priscilla Very good hospitality and was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had a memorable meal.

Managers, team, staff members and man power were all very well mannered, polite, gentle, always smiling and willing to help and support at any given time.
Having widely traveled myself, this has been one of the best hospitality services provided and I highly appreciate the team and all the persons who are maintaining, cleaning, managing, cooking, servicing this hotel.

This is an honest review. I opted this hotel twice during my visit to Chennai for Visa process.
I had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel, both times. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the morning breakfast was good with just the right variety.
It's an ideal hotel for those coming for their U.S. Visa process – only 1.5 km from the OFC (biometrics) and about 700–800 meters from the U.S. Consulate. Super convenient!
The reception team and other staff were courteous, especially Mr. Sharath at the front desk – super polite, extremely helpful and was quick to assist with anything I needed throughout my stay.
Highly recommend this place for both visa applicants and general travelers visiting Chennai.

We were 4, took family suite, very comfortable, calm and quiet place. Best for US consulate visits. Priscilla and Satya are very accommodating. Priscilla hosts well both in buffet hall , friendly reminder call on breakfast. She makes sure all are comfortable in cafe.
