Stayed here for the US Visa.
The rooms were clean and the service was prompt. The sheets were a bit old, we asked the staff to change them and they were quite accommodating in doing so.
The dinner menu was pretty good and tasted nice and fresh. The breakfast buffet was very underwhelming, no a lot of options (which is okay) but the quality of dishes was poor.
Other than that the stay was comfortable, the rooms and washroom was nice and clean

Great place to stay
Rathna Residency is a perfect place to stay in Chennai. It is close to the US consulat. It is 10 mins by walk or 2-3 mins by auto. There is auto stand near by too.
The hotel had the facilities of early check-in. Parking facilities were also available. The room was very pleasant and clean. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant staff - Priskilla and the team were really very friendly and very helpful. They greeted with great hospitality. No matter what time of day or night, someone will always be there to attend you. I was very much impressed with the service. The price paid was justified.
On my next vist to Chennai, I will definitely check into Rathna Residency again.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The ambience was neat and clean, and the rooms were well-ventilated and comfortable. The food was really good and freshly prepared. The staff were polite, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The best part is that the hotel is located very close to the US Consulate, which made our visit extremely convenient. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at Rathna Residency was absolutely a delightful experience. From the moment we booked our room, the very cordial and efficient team ensured that our stay was comfortable and hassle free. The rooms were extremely clean, well lit with clean towels and linen. The housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were tidy and supplies in the room stocked at all times. They were very prompt in responding to room service requests. They have a very cozy restaurant with fresh and scrumptious food. It is always fresh and healthy. They had a great breakfast spread with various food options. And I have to give a special mentioning about the very efficient, extremely friendly staff at Rathna Residency. I thank them for making our stay and joyful and comfortable one. Rathna Residency is a great place to stay if you need to visit the US consulate, have metro access or to just have a comfortable stay while exploring the amazing Chennai city. I had a Excellent stay at Ratna Residency, Chennai Near to US Consulate. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The bathrooms were extremely clean and had all the necessary essentials. Very Cooperative staff.
Location-wise, it’s perfect for anyone visiting the US Consulate — very close by, and it’s easy to get autos, Ola, or Uber. Even the local auto drivers know the place, so getting there and back is very convenient. The front desk staff were professional. One of the receptionist, i forgot her name...Manjusha or some thing...etc, and she was very helpful. I had a wonderful breakfast. Both South & North Indian breakfast items are available with full of protein items. Priscilla from restaurant section provided excellent service.
Overall, i had a great experience and would definitely recommend Ratna Residency for friends and family members, especially for those visiting the US Consulate area.
