The staff at Rathna residency is very warm welcoming and go above and beyond to help the guests. We stayed for 13 days and everyday The rooms were always kept clean and tidy. The room service, restaurant and staff were all prompt and helpful anytime of the day or night. Besides having visited with 2 small children the kids were greeted and treated with love and friendly approach. The complimentary breakfast was varied and all good quality with great taste. Would highly recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience at Rathna Residency. The hotel is conveniently located near the US Consulate, which made it perfect for my recent visa interview. I stayed there with my family, and we were very impressed by the ambiance of the rooms and the courteous staff. A special mention goes to the complimentary breakfast — it was a delicious spread of South Indian and continental items. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed here for our biometric and interview for the US visa. Location is very near to both the biometric center and US consulate. You can easily walk and reach in 10-15 minutes. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and clean. Linen and bathrooms are clean. Staff are well behaved. The breakfast is quite good but don’t expect too many items. Overall we were happy with breakfast. Priskilla took great care of us taking care of our breakfast needs and also helped us in getting checkout an hour late. I liked the ambience of the breakfast area. There is parking available in case you have your own car. It’s a comfortable and convenient place to put up for US visa requirements. I would recommend it to everyone. P.S. If you expect star facilities then this is not the place for you. However if you want a decent and convenient location near US consulate then definitely consider go for it.

This is the 4th time I have stayed in this hotel with family and had a very pleasant experience The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, all with a smile. The breakfast buffet was really good. Thanks to the staff at the reception and special thanks to Ms. Priskilla. Their friendliness made the stay feel more personal. Highly recommend this hotel. I would be happy to return on my next visit.

I am posting this with great excitement because I definitely have to update this here. This is my first time stay at Ratna. Yesterday I came to the restaurant to eat. But it was so crowded that I left without ordering any food.The restaurant manager, seeing me, called me over and very kindly asked me I was very surprised when they asked me what food I wanted and she served it very good and tasty food .I really liked her hospitality. Her appearance with smiling faces made us very happy. If money is secondary, then welcoming us with this quality and sending us off with all our heart and hospitality was like completing us. There are no more words absolutely feel happy thank you highly recommend no doubt for that
